About the role

The Integration and Test Engineer position is responsible for synthesizing and defining test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. This role coordinates assembly-level through system-level integration and test activities to ensure technical obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes
• Develop test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation
• Execute system, CCA, and component-level functional testing and document results
• Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
• Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action creation
• Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved
• Provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed (within the last 12 months) a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Pay

The salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $68,000 - $126,000. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
