Associate Inside Sales Representative

About the role
As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will service customers by handling all types of customer problems and requests, as well as processing orders. You will receive training on our products to answer customer questions.
Time allocation:
- Answering phones and providing customers with requested information including pricing and ship dates, and inputting orders into the computer (80%)
- Providing technical help when able (20%)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Customer service experience a plus
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs
- Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimal equivalents
- Able to read and write simple correspondence and follow instructions
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems
- Able to communicate one-on-one, in small group settings, and in a team atmosphere

Pay
$19.38 - $29.09 / hour

Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Columbus, OH. Relocation is not available for this position.
This job does not normally require travel, but it may come up for training purposes.
