Associate Industrial Security Specialist

Position Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with Internal Security Controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections.
• Affords assistance with Administrative Inquiries to determine levels and scopes of non-compliance.
• Affords assistance with Communication Security duties and responsibilities.
• Affords assistance in the protection of government, intellectual, third party, and company information from unauthorized disclosures.
• Affords assistance in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses.
• Affords assistance in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs.
• Affords assistance in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities.
• Affords assistance in sub-contractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.
• 1+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
• Willing and able to travel domestically 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and DoD Security policy/directives.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership.
