Associate Implementation Manager

Overview The Associate Implementation Manager is responsible for managing smaller client implementations, internal initiatives, and defined workstreams within larger implementation programs. This role serves as a developmental position within the Implementation organization, expanding from coordination and execution support into direct ownership of implementation planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery oversight. The Associate Implementation Manager partners closely with Implementation Managers, Implementation Consultants, Product, Technology, Operations, Training, QA, and Account Management teams to support successful implementation outcomes. While operating with guidance on more complex client engagements, this role is accountable for maintaining implementation plans, coordinating activities, managing risks, and ensuring assigned workstreams remain on track. Responsibilities Manage small-scale client implementations or internal initiatives from initiation through completionOwn and maintain implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for assigned programsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, QA, Training, Release Management, and Account ManagementMonitor implementation progress and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and blockersFacilitate recurring implementation meetings, status reviews, and working sessionsProvide implementation status updates to internal and external stakeholdersSupport client communications, including status reporting, action item follow-up, and implementation readiness activitiesMaintain implementation documentation, decision logs, RAID logs, and project artifactsAssist in gathering implementation requirements and operational readiness needsSupport release planning, implementation readiness, and launch coordination activitiesEscalate identified delivery concerns through established operational channelsEnsure implementation activities align with organizational governance standards and delivery processesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to implementation best practicesPartner with senior implementation leaders to develop implementation strategies and delivery approaches Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of experience in implementation management, project management, project coordination, delivery operations, or related fieldsExperience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional initiativesStrong working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and implementation tracking toolsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional delivery modelsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environmentHealthcare technology, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, or related industry experience preferred Pay Range USD $71,400.00 - USD $89,250.00 /Yr.
