Associate Human Resources Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Aid in researching and resolving employee problems and questions
- May assist with updating and maintaining the HRIS systems
- Support the response to outside queries from vendors and companies
- Organize and support employee relation activities and programs
- Gather, collect, record, track, verify, and analyze data and information from multiple sources
- Use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations
- Design processes to enhance work flow
- Provide data and information to others on HR processes and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills
