Associate HR Consultant

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who feels they've outgrown an administrative HR role and wants to accelerate their development into a strategic, client-facing consultant. At Workforce Solutions, we help business owners, executives, and HR leaders solve real workplace challenges through HR consulting, recruiting, compliance support, and HR technology solutions. Unlike traditional HR roles focused on a single employer, you'll gain experience supporting a variety of organizations across multiple industries while learning directly from experienced HR consultants and business leaders.

As an affiliate of the MBE CPAs family of companies, we also provide full HR support to more than 250 employees across 19 offices. Whether you're currently an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Generalist, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across nearly every area of Human Resources while developing into a trusted advisor for clients and business leaders. Responsibilities

No two days look the same. You'll support both our clients and internal teams through a combination of:

• Employee lifecycle administration
• Benefits and leave administration
• HRIS and compliance management
• Policy and handbook development
• Client consulting projects
• Recruiting and talent initiatives
• Employee relations support
• HR technology and process improvement initiatives

Schedule

This position is based in our Baraboo, Wisconsin office. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, we believe flexibility matters and support our employees' personal commitments and family priorities.
