Associate HR Business Partner - Clearfield UT
About the role
This role is for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Northrop Grumana's Aeronautics Systems sector. The HRBP will implement the human capital strategy onsite in Clearfield, UT and may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Implements Human Resources policies as a generalist, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues.
- Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
- Willing and able to travel 10-20% of the time.

- Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Compensation, Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Design/Development, Employee Relations.

Pay
The primary level salary range for this role is $54,400.00 - $81,600.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
