Associate Housing General Maintenance Technician
Essential Functions
- Communicate with or notify department/stakeholders regarding shutdowns, water back-ups, or failures impacting the resort in a confident and professional manner.
- Create work orders in the appropriate Omni work request program.
- Complete most general maintenance tasks.
- Maintain all non-trade mechanical items in associate housing rooms and public areas.
- Receive direction for calls via radio.
- Aid and coordinate with other trades for major repairs.
- Clean all work areas once job is complete.
- Aid in diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
- Work with each department to handle emergency and safety work orders promptly.
- Work on other equipment as needed.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Understand Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
Working Environment
- Interior of The Omni Mt Washington's various associate housing facilities.
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Exposure to exterior of associate housing facilities with weather conditions.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.

Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of related experience in a maintenance or similar field.
