Associate Head Equipment Manager, Equipment Room

Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000. Final salary will be determined based on departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.

About the role

The Associate Head Equipment Manager assists the Equipment Manager in the daily operations of the equipment room and acts in their place when necessary. This position supports coaches in ordering and preparing apparel and equipment, oversees and manages Equipment Assistants and student workers, and ensures a first-class experience and service for student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Manager in daily equipment-room operations.
• Serve as acting Equipment Manager when needed.
• Support coaches with apparel and equipment ordering and preparation.
• Oversee and manage Equipment Assistants and student workers.
• Deliver high-quality service to student-athletes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, Patriot League, and Hockey East policies.

Pay

Full-time, regular position.
