Overview
The Lane Bryant Associate plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming store environment. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to foster long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identifies customer needs and wants through intentional conversation
- Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience
- Shares and represents current products, fit, and fashion trends
- Supports operational energy as needed
- Plans and prioritizes tasks to meet customer and business needs
- Protects company assets and maintains a safe work environment
- Fulfills all company policies and procedures, including local, state, and federal employment laws
Requirements
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated performance standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient and confident in using mobile technology (registers and iPads)
- Adjusts or moves store fixtures, including garment racks and mannequins
- Retrieves merchandise stored above shoulder level and climbs up to a 12-foot ladder when necessary

Pay and Schedule
Pay Range: $15.10 - $15.35 per hour USD
