Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

We are looking for an Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This role offers hands‑on experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Help design, code, test, and debug software components with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project deliverables.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and internal standards.
• Support system integration and configuration tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience or coursework with Guidewire, Java, or GOSU programming (preferred).
• Interest in learning Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance technologies.
• Understanding of software development basics and Agile methodology.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., GUnit or Selenium) is a plus.
• Guidewire certification or training is a bonus.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the Coppell, TX office and be available on‑site three days per week, with additional team meetings or collaboration days 2–3 times per month.
