Associate General Counsel (Healthtech)

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive legal strategies that advance business goals
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal on diverse legal matters, shaping the legal function
• Manage customer contracts from initial negotiations to final agreements
• Negotiate and finalize key agreements with partners while ensuring compliance
• Act as Product Counsel, providing legal support to engineering and product management teams
• Enhance existing workflows and automate legal processes for efficiency
• Explore and take on new responsibilities based on business needs

Qualifications

• Bar admission required with a strong legal background
• Experience in healthcare law, either in-house or from a law firm setting
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, straightforward language
• Proficiency in managing high volumes of work while maintaining quality
• Strong skills in designing scalable processes and working independently
• A blend of legal expertise and strategic business acumen
• Resourceful, persistent, and professional approach to problem-solving
