About the role
The role of Associate General Counsel, Compliance is responsible for providing legal support and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to senior management on various compliance matters.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in internal investigations and provide legal guidance as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal capacity, preferably in a corporate or compliance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
