Associate Footwear Fit Specialist

About the role

Join FootJoy as an Associate Footwear Fit Specialist, and bring our premium footwear experience directly to golfers at top courses and events across the U.S. This highly mobile role (up to 90% travel) puts you at the center of consumer engagement—delivering personalized fittings, building brand loyalty, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site FitLab events from setup to execution, delivering exceptional consumer fitting experiences
• Partner with Sales to plan and activate events that convert engagement into revenue
• Educate retail staff and elevate in-store merchandising and product knowledge
• Serve as a FootJoy brand ambassador and footwear expert in the field
• Share insights and report on event performance and trends

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of fitting experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of fitting fundamentals and proven customer service skills
• 2+ years of customer-facing and/or sales experience preferred
• Experience in golf and/or sports footwear is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required and must pass a motor vehicle record review

Qualifications

$57,293.00 - $71,617.00
