Associate Financial Systems Administrator
About the role
The Oracle EPM Cloud System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications, including Free Form, Planning, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Narrative Reporting. This role ensures system stability, performance, and availability while supporting business users and enabling efficient financial planning and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Support business users in using Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
- Enable efficient financial planning and reporting processes
- Provide technical expertise in EPM administration, data integration, and environment management within a cloud-based platform
- Manage data integration and environment management tasks
- Collaborate with business users to understand and implement financial processes
- Develop and maintain scripts or automate administrative tasks
- Work with Oracle EPM Cloud (FreeForm, Planning) if relevant
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics or related field required
- 0 - 2 years of experience in system administration, data analysis or financial systems
- Experience with MS Excel required
- Experience with Power BI or similar required
- Understanding of financial processes (forecasting, budgeting, reporting) is required
- Scripting or automation experience required
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FreeForm, Planning) is a plus
