Associate Financial Software Consultant - Remote

The Role

This consultant role involves engaging with customers' Finance staff regarding new implementations, internal projects, and new service offerings. The consultant must demonstrate expertise in our Financial ERP Software.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers with system configuration based on recommended best practices, workflows, and business requirements.
• Perform system demonstrations and assist customers with system reviews before go-live.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expert knowledge for software solution configurations.
• Provide consistent follow-through on project tasks, deliverables, and communications with the Project Manager and clients.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines, take responsibility for issues and assignments, and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Adapt to changing business and customer needs, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate technical and functional concepts effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects and tasks
• Quickly learn new applications and system features
• Dedication to providing the best possible customer experience
• Desire to travel up to 25% for training at customer sites
• Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
