Associate Financial Consultant - RIS

Primary Responsibilities

• Establishes joint appointments with Financial Advisors and customers
• Works with Financial Advisors on preparing and scheduling meetings
• Assists in covering branches that do not have a dedicated Financial Advisor
• Responds to customer and Financial Advisors' requests
• Updates customer information
• Completes required and assigned training modules
• Becomes familiar and educated with investment products used to meet customers' investment needs
• Demonstrates customer-focused partnership with branch staff

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of related experience

Preferences:

• Life Insurance License
• Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registrations including the Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66

Skills and Competencies

• Engage in a high touch environment
• Gain understanding of customers' current financial standing and their short and long-term financial goals
• Work towards full licensing within six (6) months or a mutually agreed upon time frame

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation includes base compensation and variable compensation
• Total compensation earning potential of $40,000 - $100,000+
• This position is incentive eligible
