The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our Personal Office team. In this role, you’ll serve as a right-hand partner to a Lead Advisor, supporting day-to-day client experience, financial planning activities, and relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Lead Advisor, client service team, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience
- Own day-to-day client experience including meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing service needs
- Support financial planning processes, portfolio reviews, and related operational activities
- Act as a liaison between advisors, clients, and internal teams to address urgent requests and inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients in partnership with the client service team
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals (tax, legal, insurance) to support client needs
- Assist with new business development initiatives and practice growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of related experience
- Series 65 or CFP designation (CFP preferred)
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan)
- Strong client service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and improve processes
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $133,000 – $183,000 per year
