Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Development & Ownership
- Partner with senior advisors in client meetings and progressively take the lead on client relationships
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalized planning support
- Financial Planning & Implementation
- Deliver financial plans, investment strategies, and insurance solutions aligned with client goals
- Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
- Cook up materials, action items, and execution to ensure exceptional client experience
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with advisors and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of client-facing financial services experience
- Preferred
- Fully licensed (Series 7 & Series 66) preferred – the practice will sponsor and support licensing for the right candidate if needed.
- Washington Life & Health preferred
- Ameriprise experience, (not required)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Competitive starting range of $85,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Uncapped earning potential tied to client growth, planning activity, and revenue contribution, and potential equity ownership.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (no evenings or weekends)
Work Environment
