Responsibilities

• Drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
• Managing multiple matters simultaneously

Requirements

• 2-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
• J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials
• Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, Texas, or District of Columbia)

Pay

$235,000 - $360,000 annual base salary

Schedule

Hybrid work policy with three days a week in-office and two days remote.
