About the role

This role is located in San Diego, CA and supports Hotel del Coronado and LXR Coronado. You will be part of an in-house Technology team creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies that revolutionize the hospitality industry. As an Associate Technology Field Services Manager on the Americas Field Services Central Area team, you will support projects including opening new hotels and all associated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT and Telecom support.
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware to ensure efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Services Teams Members and the Field IT Team within the Central region.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with the Hotel & Central Area Team and other Field Services team meetings.
  • Guide and own parts of regional hotel projects, including High Speed Internet Network upgrades, Parking System, POS, Hardware Refreshes, Door Lock Systems, and other initiatives.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology or a related field.
  • Experience working in IT field support, desktop support, or onsite technical support.
  • IT field (Telecom, Technology) experience in hospitality, retail, or related industries.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, based on business needs.
  • Willingness to travel potentially 20% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of work experience in Technology or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support roles.
  • Cisco or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with hospitality-related applications and systems: PMS, POS, Key systems, PBX, Voicemail.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $67,500 – $95,000, determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Eligible Team Members may participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan.
