About the role

This role is located in Atlanta, GA (supports the Signia Atlanta).

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT and Telecom support.
  • Support the hotel with business solutions such as installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas promptly and accurately.

Projects

  • Upgrading High Speed Internet Network.
  • Parking System upgrades.
  • POS system upgrades.
  • Hardware Refreshes.
  • Door Lock Systems upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field.
  • Experience working in IT field support, desktop support, or an onsite technical support environment.
  • IT field (Telecom, Technology) experience in hospitality, retail, or related industries.
  • Travel potentially 20% of the time.

What would be useful

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience.
  • Three (3) + years of work experience in Technology or a related field.
  • Two (2) + years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support roles.
  • Cisco or Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with the following Hospitality related applications and systems: PMS, POS, Key systems, PBX, Voicemail.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $67,500 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Schedule

Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
