ASSOCIATE FIELD ENGINEER

Orlando, Florida - 2026-07-15 We seek an Associate Field Engineer to join our dedicated and talented team. ASSOCIATE FIELD ENGINEERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide hardware support, installations, and upgrades of all Everpure Storage and Cirrus equipmentSchedule installation engagements and coordinate the delivery of partsPerform installation and configuration of Everpure storage equipment (unboxing, lifting, racking/stacking, etc.)Interact with IT customers and TSP technical team members, including presales, services, and support organizationsImpact extends to customer technical representatives, including systems administrators and technical managersTravel for training and work up to 85% of the timeWeekend and evening work required, as are holidaysMandatory training:Everpure Install web-based training – remoteEverpure Installation training (PIT) – in-person in Dallas, TX (travel expenses covered)NDU class – in-person in Dallas, TX (travel expenses covered) THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS: Minimum of high school diploma or GED is required; degree in computer science, information technology, or any technical field preferredTechnical skills in storage, server, and networking technologiesUnderstanding storage protocols including FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, and S3Experience with hardware installation and software configurationExperience creating a run book, design workbook, and statement of workMust be reliable, proactive, and possess the ability to take ownership of multiple engagementsAbility to work as a team player and effectively allocate time and resources to manage multiple projectsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsConsultancy experience and customer-facing skills Preferred Experience Experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, and LinuxExperience with one or more of the following: Citrix Xen Desktop, VMware, Oracle, SQL Additional Information About This Role Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to lift and install equipment (up to 75 pounds) into customer racksMust be fluent in EnglishPay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hourView our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States WE ARE TSP TSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
