Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems.
- Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run smoothly.
- Configure trends and alarms.
- Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly.
- Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations.

Basic Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid, current Driver’s License and insurability by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).
- Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people and work well within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Additional Information
The annual salary for this position ranges between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors affecting pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other compensation includes short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
