About the role
The Associate, Global Communications plays a foundational role on Tapestry's external communications team, helping bring our corporate narrative to life through compelling content, sharp storytelling, and thoughtful measurement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global business units to ensure storytelling is clear, credible, and consistently aligned to Tapestry's broader reputation narrative.
- Help develop and maintain proof points, briefing books, case studies, and create written and multimedia content that bring our values, impact, and priorities to life across external channels.
- Support the development and day-to-day execution of Tapestry's external communications measurement framework. Produce regular, digestible reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into what's working and where to course-correct.
- Monitor daily coverage of Tapestry, its brands, and the broader competitive set. Surface trends, white-space opportunities, and reputational signals that inform planning and prioritization. Translate raw data into actionable recommendations the team can act on.
- Help bring discipline and consistency to the team's day-to-day work by maintaining editorial calendars, story pipelines, and post-moment learnings. Support the team in moving cohesively by ensuring stories, content, and key moments are well-planned, tracked, and followed through.
- Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact with measurement and agency partners on data inputs, dashboards, and reporting cadence. Ensure consistency and quality of measurement inputs across partners.
- Work closely with colleagues across Executive Communications, Employee Communications, Narrative & Storytelling, Brand, and Investor Relations to surface organic storytelling opportunities and ensure consistency of messaging across paid, owned, earned, and internal channels.
