About the role
The Associate Experiential Producer will play a key role in managing experiential programs, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage repeatable and standard experiential marketing programs from planning through reconciliation.
- Create and maintain production timelines, logistics trackers, run-of-show documents, and project documentation.
- Coverage with vendors and partners to support seamless event execution.
- Maintain project expense tracking and assist with budgeting.
- Manage deadlines and escalate potential issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Production teams to ensure successful execution of experiential programs.
- Learn and apply established production processes and best practices.
- Proactively identify challenges and communicate potential roadblocks.
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members to strengthen production knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Continue developing expertise in experiential marketing and live event production.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related communications.
- Participate in project debriefs and apply learnings to future programs.
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, agency project coordination, or a related field (including relevant internships or professional experience).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and other common collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.

Schedule
