Overview

Fanatics is looking for an Associate, Fanatics ONE Experiences to run the operations behind the experiences that Fanatics ONE members earn. Fanatics ONE is the loyalty program behind the Fanatics ecosystem. Members earn access to things they cannot buy: seats at sold out games, hospitality at the biggest moments in sports, trips, and Fanatics Fest. This role sits at the center of how that portfolio gets delivered: the systems, the records, and the day to day execution that let events run on time and on standard.

Responsibilities

  • Systems and Records
    • Work in TicketManager and related platforms across event creation, ticket block setup, member data, troubleshooting, and reporting
    • Reconcile TicketManager, Airtable, and other trackers so the operation stays accurate and visible
    • Maintain accurate records of allocated assets across events, including tickets, suites, and hospitality packages
    • Maintain the templates, trackers, and documentation that make execution repeatable
  • Event Execution
    • Coordinate and execute member events, suites, parties, hospitality programs, and Fanatics Fest
    • Build run of show documents, event checklists, and on site materials
    • Manage logistics: guest lists, check in, food and beverage, venue communication, and vendors
    • Support on site execution and hold the standard when timelines compress
    • Support the ticket request, confirmation, change, and cancellation process
  • Utilization and Reporting
    • Track utilization of event and hospitality assets before and after each event
    • Reconcile attendance and usage data and build the event recap
    • Report pacing, fill rates, and confirmations to the team and to leadership
    • Prepare the recurring events and hospitality overview, covering what is upcoming and how the last cycle performed
  • Coordination
    • Work with VIP Hosting so hosts have what they need to deliver for members
    • Coordinate with Partnerships on asset allocation and activation
    • Partner with Finance on vendor setup, invoicing, and expense reconciliation
    • Track event timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders

Experience And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years in event operations, hospitality coordination, or marketing operations
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (TicketManager a plus), CRM systems, or event management tools preferred
  • Comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems and keeping it clean
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Runs several workstreams at once without dropping any of them
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Spots what is not working and fixes it rather than reporting it
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and event days as the calendar requires
  • Passion for sports and fandom, and taste for what makes an experience feel premium rather than expensive
