The Associate Experience Design Researcher is an entry-level role that will support research activities across the product lifecycle, helping to uncover insights that drive design and business decisions. The Associate Experience Design Researcher will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct and support user research that informs us of our product and design strategy. They’ll assist in planning, executing, and analyzing a variety of research studies—such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys—to better understand user needs and behaviors. This work will help ensure that our products are user-centered, accessible, and impactful.
