Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to support Consumer Lending Operations Technology CIO and the corresponding leadership team. This role collaborates closely with the Chief of Staff and Administrative Assistance staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for multiple CIOs, including:
    • Executive Routines: Meeting planning, note-taking, calendar management, and forward-looking travel scheduling
    • Meetings: Organize staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and in-person/virtual offsites; handle in-office support such as ordering supplies, reserving meeting rooms, arranging catering, and managing mail sorting/delivery
    • Employee Engagement: Facilitate and organize employee engagement activities, skip-level meetings, and internal communications (drafting memos, org announcements, writing/editing emails, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf)
    • Financial: Manage expense reports, invoices, and travel & entertainment budget tracking
    • Onboarding: Assist with employee onboarding, request equipment/system access, and complete I-9 forms
  • Partner with the broader Chief of Staff Business Services team to create spreadsheets, manage databases, prepare presentations, generate workforce reports, and maintain distribution lists
  • Provide high-level professional support, balancing experienced administrative work with ad-hoc and project-based initiatives (e.g., planning meetings, tracking deliverables, pulling routine reports)
  • Offer subject matter expertise and interpret administrative procedures for less experienced staff
  • Provide administrative supervision and support to other managers within the CIO organization
  • Interact with the immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional areas, and internal peers on routine administrative tasks
  • Support senior leaders with daily administrative tasks and collaborate with experienced leaders across the organization

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications (US):
    • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Administrative support experience in banking, financial services, or related fields
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
    • Concur experience preferred
    • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior leaders simultaneously, managing competing priorities with urgency, accuracy, discretion, and follow-through
    • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, expense reimbursement, and busy calendars flawlessly
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
    • Knowledge of business/executive travel planning
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently
    • Experience managing and processing reports while maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $37.02 - $69.71 per hour. Pay may vary based on factors such as prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
