Responsibilities
- Designated as a First Responder in emergencies.
- Manages center budget, income targets, and expense control in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates Program Directors and center staff.
- Sets and communicates a clear vision aligned with YMCA mission and goals.
- Evaluates existing programs and leads development of new initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
- Provides leadership for youth, teen, outreach, and member engagement/retention initiatives.
- Guides program development, policies, and committees to align with center and association goals.
- Supports strategic planning, marketing, public relations, and promotional efforts.
- Leads annual campaign efforts and builds community partnerships and events.
- Oversees scheduling, equipment, and financial assistance processes.
- Ensures staff development, reporting, administration, and integration of YMCA core values.
- Develops effective member engagement strategies that deepen staff, volunteer, and member involvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain high-quality programs.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of fiscal management, program planning, member services, sales, personnel management, training, public relations, and fundraising.
- Completion of all position-specific YMCA training within established deadlines.

$65,000 - $75,000
