Associate Executive Director

About the role

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is seeking an Associate Executive Director (AED) to join our dynamic team. As the leading organization dedicated to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis, we are committed to improving the lives of people with CF and their families. The AED supports the Executive Director in managing the Tier 1 chapter. They lead the chapter to foster a collaborative, donor-centric culture among staff, donors, volunteers, care center professionals, corporate sponsors, and national partners. They also communicate and raise awareness about CF and the Foundation’s work at events and other sponsored programs. Reports to the Executive Director and leads and manages chapter staff.
