Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy goals and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Provide onsite sales support and participate in monthly family meetings
- Support the training and development of new employees
- Implement initiatives to improve community efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise the community
- Generate leads and close sales
- Act as liaison between residents, management, and families
- Review occupancy as it relates to staffing
- Assist in the hiring and recruitment processes
- Handle all resident and family grievances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred)
- 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience
- Budgeting and staffing experience
- Proficiency with Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
You must be an ethical and honest individual who truly enjoys helping seniors live a better, more comfortable life. You must also be patient, understanding, and empathetic.
