Associate Escrow Support Processor (Onsite)

About the role

The Associate Escrow Support Processor supports a team of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers. They handle basic clerical tasks such as setting up escrow files, preparing correspondence and documents, performing fund disbursements, and communicating with branches.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic clerical functions to set up escrow files
• Prepares correspondence, escrow files, and orders preliminary title reports
• Performs fund disbursements
• Prepares and delivers closing statements and closing letters
• Schedules and provides instructions to couriers
• Orders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents, and evidence of insurance
• Distributes preliminary reports
• Communicates with branches, as needed
• Troubleshoots as needed
• Contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level position
• Industry experience is helpful
• Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process
• May be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
