Job Description

McDermott, Will & Schulte seeks an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Energy & Project Finance group. This position is open to candidates located in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami. All submissions must be submitted through the portal which can be found on our 'Careers' page. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project finance project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition
  • Capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents (including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements and joint venture agreements)
  • Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required
  • Strong academic credentials
  • MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU WILL SIT
