• Focuses on energy project finance and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions matters.
• Handles significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents.
• Requires a strong background in project finance transactions.

• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Preference given to candidates with a strong background in project finance transactions.

Qualifications

• 3rd – 7th year Associate.
• Experience in Project Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions.
• New York office focus.

• Strong background in project finance transactions.
• Ability to handle significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $400,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
