Associate Emergency Veterinarian (Hospitalist)

Responsibilities

• Seeing same-day transfers from referring partners.
• Overseeing inpatients across the hospital.
• Updating clients and referral partners on patient status.
• Serving as a referral partner liaison to strengthen relationships within the community.
• Supporting the ER and surgery with procedures, patient recoveries, records, and communication.
• Contributing to the ongoing training of clinical team members.
• Working with the hospital leadership team to improve workflow and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and the referral community.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency medicine or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
