Contribute to and execute the healthcare professional strategy for Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) indications, including customer engagement, non-personal channel strategy, and operational support for digital and print media tactics. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to advance product growth, brand financial success, and market position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute NMSC customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy
- Lead the creation of NMSC non-personal promotion strategy, tactical plans, outputs, data triggers, and budgets
- Create downstream field-based materials and selected original field-based pieces as needed
- Manage media and third-party vendors for digital and non-personal communications (e.g., e-blasts, rep-triggered emails, CRM, banner ads)
- Plan and integrate non-personal and field team activities, serving as the point of contact for field communications
- Coordinate with other indication teams for brand-level personal/non-personal and customer engagement strategy, planning, and execution
- Oversee marketing operations, including Veeva CRM platform management, print and digital inventory, and meeting management
- Collaborate with Sales Training to ensure field team communication and training on key initiatives
- Work with agencies for label updates and new indication launches for HCP promotional materials, including websites
- Optimize current metrics and measurement plans with analytics and customer insights teams
- Serve as Review Committee (RC) captain, leading prioritization and meetings for the NMSC team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related field
- 8+ years of U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas
- Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, able to prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with media planning, digital customer engagement, and digital engagement plans preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to develop strong scientific acumen
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including weekends for conferences and meetings as needed
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with scientific and commercially oriented individuals

Pay
Salary Range (annually): $157,200.00 - $256,600.00
Schedule
On-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY, 4 days a week.
