Associate Director, HCP Marketing - Oncology (Skin)
About the role
The Associate Director, Oncology HCP Marketing will provide strategic & operational support for the US congresses and peer-to-peer education for the Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) indications. The role involves increasing brand equity and presence at key congresses, building relationships & loyalty with customers, and gaining marketing experience in a competitive space.
Responsibilities
- Support & implement US congress & convention plans, creative vision, and communication strategy
- Cook up with marketing team, medical affairs, and thought leader liaisons (TLLs) to ensure cohesion across congress plans
- Partner with Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) & Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) congress point on Pan-tumor congress execution (eg. ASCO, ESMO)
- Analyze the competitive landscape, identify key promotion opportunities, and develop customer-focused and differentiated messages to key target audiences at congresses
- Support all operational aspects for Peer-to-Peer education & Speaker Programs including content development/updates, new engagement tactics/formats, HCP contracting, training, logistics, communications, and act as key liaison with Commercial Operations group
- Develop professional relationships with external medical experts & speakers
- Contribute to US Advisory Board and Ad Council planning, including project management/timelines, content development, & contracting
- Support management of promotional medical education, including content updates, execution, rollout of new promotional displays & tactics, pull-through with the sales team, vendor management, & budgets
- Support management of agency involved in key projects with quarterly assessment and budget tracking
- Support management of third party KOL programs
- Participate in Brand Team Meetings
- Ensure marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines
- Ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of all programs while tracking and monitoring metrics

Qualifications
- 10 years of life science related marketing or sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Oncology or Dermatology experience with a focus on Biologic products
- Experience with Congress & Peer-to-Peer

$157,200.00 - $256,600.00 annually
