About the role
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Accelerator Team is a strategic AI product, solutions, and data science organization focused on rapidly identifying business opportunities, developing AI-powered capabilities, and delivering measurable business impact across the organization. The team partners across the enterprise to accelerate innovation, integrate AI into core business processes, and drive value realization at scale.
We are building a high-performing team of leaders, architects, AI experts, product managers, data scientists, and delivery professionals who can transform ideas into deployed solutions, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI Solutions Delivery across product, delivery, architecture, and technical teams.
- Own portfolio roadmap, execution plan, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple organizations.
- Connect business strategy, technology capability, data needs, and operational priorities into one execution roadmap as a business-to-technology translator.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and barriers to keep initiatives moving.
- Establish governance, metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability across the AI portfolio.
- Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals ensuring the development, delivery, and optimization of IT operations across various technical sub-families to align with organizational goals and drive innovation. Sub-family areas include Agile, Software Design and Delivery, Tech Business Support for IT organizations, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Software Delivery Project/Program Management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in area of professional responsibility.
- 5+ years in a technology architect and/or developer role.
- 5+ years' experience managing direct reports.

- Experience managing complex portfolios, roadmaps, risks, and dependencies.

- Experience partnering across teams to drive alignment and strategic direction.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science is preferred.
This is a supervisory role.
Pay
Individual starting salary within the range of $171,000.00 - $287,200.00 USD Annual may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
