Associate Director, Strategic Account Management - Oncology
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain account plans including SWOT, XF Goal & Strategic Imperatives, SAM C-SMART objectives, stakeholder mapping, barriers/opportunities, and tactics to enable and amplify impact at scale.
- Assess and communicate impact by synthesizing actionable information to improve operational access and inform both XF account strategy and SAM evolution.
- Lead coordination across Commercial, Market Access, and others to ensure account strategy alignment, functional objective synergy, and seamless customer engagement experience.
- Drive functional clarity through simple, consistent communication and ways of working.
- Engage Healthcare Decision-Makers and C/D-Suite Leadership and other relevant stakeholders within targeted accounts to improve care consistency within operational workflows.
- Maintain a high level of business acumen, account knowledge, analytical and product knowledge to leverage growth in solid tumor and development portfolio.
- Demonstrate “role model” behavior, lead and share knowledge across the broader team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least seven years of pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience.
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Management, landscape, and compliance.
- High level of written, verbal and virtual communication skills.
- Possess excellent business acumen, business insights, and strategic mindset.
- A track record of excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with numerous stakeholders at all levels and in all disciplines.
- Experience selling at the C/D-suite.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
Business Travel
Individuals will be required to travel up to 75% of the time. Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment is required. Valid driver’s license is necessary.
