Associate Director/Sr. Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research-Oncology

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director/Sr. Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research-Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive health economics and outcomes research strategy in support of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine. The person in this position will partner closely with clinical, medical, market access, and commercial stakeholders to build evidence that demonstrates clinical and economic value. This is a highly cross-functional opportunity focused on translating data into payer-ready insights and reimbursement support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $157,000 – $218,000 annually Responsibilities Lead health economic modeling and value demonstration for precision diagnostics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR into clinical studies. Analyze real-world and clinical trial data to generate actionable healthcare evidence. Develop and oversee HEOR publication strategy and scientific communications. Translate HEOR evidence into payer value propositions and reimbursement tools. Adapt health economic models for U.S. and international markets. Engage with external collaborators to drive high-quality evidence generation. Qualifications Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related field. 5-10+ years of HEOR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Experience developing health economic models and conducting outcomes research. Background in payer evidence generation and reimbursement strategy is essential. Familiarity with precision medicine and advanced analytical tools is highly desirable.
