About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinates budgetary development regarding the department.
- Assists in formulating policies and plans for programs sensitive to service needs.
- Assists in developing interdisciplinary in-service education programs.
- Captures responsibilities for clinical assignments and recruitment of Clinical Pastoral Education students.
- Participates in orientation of incoming CPE students.
- Performs daily chaplain visits with patients and family members.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum three years professional experience as a Spiritual Care provider.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Theological Seminary.
- Ordination and/or endorsement by a recognized denomination; in good standing with same.
- Certification with National Spiritual Care Cognate Group.
- Certified Educator with ACPE required.
Skills
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pulling, and pushing.
- Able to lift 25 pounds frequently unassisted.
- Ability to hear verbal cues and visual ability.

Pay
$38.20 - $57.30 per hour.
