Responsibilities

• Coordinates budgetary development regarding the department.
• Assists in formulating policies and plans for programs sensitive to service needs.
• Assists in developing interdisciplinary in-service education programs.
• Captures responsibilities for clinical assignments and recruitment of Clinical Pastoral Education students.
• Participates in orientation of incoming CPE students.
• Performs daily chaplain visits with patients and family members.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum three years professional experience as a Spiritual Care provider.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Theological Seminary.
• Ordination and/or endorsement by a recognized denomination; in good standing with same.
• Certification with National Spiritual Care Cognate Group.
• Certified Educator with ACPE required.

Skills

• Frequent walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pulling, and pushing.
• Able to lift 25 pounds frequently unassisted.
• Ability to hear verbal cues and visual ability.

Pay

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour.

Schedule

Hours Per Week: 40.
