Responsibilities
- Maintain close relationships with label day-to-day teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project deliverables. Weekly visits to key clients.
- Ensure all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and support to execute campaign plans effectively.
- Share regular updates with both internal and external parties on campaign progress, priority release schedules, and other key initiatives.
- Manage and respond to action items to keep plans and campaigns on track.
- Execute campaigns to the highest standard, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Use reports and data to adapt quickly to emerging trends and increased fan activity, adjusting campaigns as needed.
- Work with the Relationship Lead to build benchmarks and set campaign goals at the start of each project.
- Stay informed on both high-performing and developing artists, identifying opportunities to increase visibility and performance.
- Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable source about company processes, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Optimize label catalogs, especially around key tentpole moments.
- Tackle problems as they arise with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Prepare high-level performance reports on label, artist, and campaign results for the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination.
- Previous experience product managing directly with labels, third-party agencies, or artist management teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and interpret release performance, trends, and metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between artists, labels, internal teams, and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital tools, release management software, and project management platforms is highly desirable. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Applications and adaptability to new programs.
- Passion for the music business and a desire to build a career in the industry.

Pay
New York Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
