For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking an Associate Director of Quantitative Pharmacology to join their team. This role focuses on leading technical initiatives that drive scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

About the role

You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Drive model-informed development and pharmacometrics strategies
  • Lead QP evaluation of assets, ensuring timely delivery of analyses
  • Represent QP at meetings, translating complex insights for broader audiences
  • Contribute to regulatory interactions and author regulatory documents
  • Mentor junior scientists and foster scientific collaboration
  • Implement process improvements and innovative modeling approaches
  • Ensure high-quality scientific analyses and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience; or MS with 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in population PK/PD, exposure–response, or mechanistic modeling
  • Proven track record of supporting regulatory submissions and engaging with regulatory agencies
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative tools (NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB, R)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Pay

$176,100 – $287,300 annually
