Associate Director, Programs and Operations - South Region

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet the organization's goals and family needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Ensure efficient operation of services, including crisis intervention, family-centered care, and daily operations management.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive organizational impact.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facility Management: oversight of daily building operations, vendor coordination, maintenance and security response, housekeeping services, inventory and supply management, and ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming environments across multiple program locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in program or operations management, facilities management, with significant leadership and supervisory experience in a non-profit setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
