This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Oversee pricing performance and operations for the team across Women's, Men's & Vendor categories
  • Evaluate and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics and business analysis
  • Analyze monthly metrics and provide insights and action items to leadership
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to drive sales and improve efficiency
  • Develop processes and tools to support continuous improvement
  • Manage pricing initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Lead communication and coordination of pricing initiatives with internal teams
  • Develop and manage a team of pricing associates and provide career growth support
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years in merchandising, planning, or related field in a high growth environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with G Suite & Looker is a plus
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills in verbal and written forms
  • Team player with a cross-departmental collaborative approach
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about creative problem solving and learning

Pay

$154,741 – $198,953 annually
