Responsibilities
- Program Stewardship & Governance
- Consistency Lead: Establish and enforce the "Gold Standard" for project controls.
- Quality Assurance: Serve as the final line of defense for data integrity.
- Resource Mentorship: Act as the direct steward for our project controls personnel.
- Strategic Problem Solving
- Performance Recovery: You won’t just report on delays; you will fix them.
- Contingency & Escalation: Design and execute a robust escalation management strategy.
- Continuous Improvement & Integration
- Process Roll-out: Lead the seamless integration of new procedures and digital PMO tools into the existing infrastructure workflow.
- Innovation Mandate: Constantly challenge the status quo. You will refine existing methodologies to increase reporting accuracy and shave inefficiencies off the program lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a field related to construction.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
- A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management.
- Able to understand and follow site HSSE Policies.
- Technology competent in using the following Software: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.
- Certified User of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, quality assurance, and project/program management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.
- The salary range for this role is $160K-$195K.
- This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
- In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
