We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting..." This is about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

with

containing that paragraph. - Then "Job Position Overview The Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) team is dedicated to delivering learning solutions that empower Lilly's Manufacturing and Quality organizations to achieve our mission: making medicine with safety first and quality always. The Learning Architect (LA) is a platform-specific learning professional responsible for designing and maintaining training that serve an entire manufacturing platform. Located at platform sites or Indianapolis, the LA addresses 90% platform-level and 10% site-level content needs, designing within COE standards and governance frameworks." That's also about the role. Could combine with previous paragraph. We'll put in same section. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points under headings: Platform Curriculum Design & Development, Content Governance & Quality, Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership, Continuous Improvement Support. Each has sub-bullets. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to create a list for responsibilities. Could flatten subpoints into list items. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent. - Basic Qualifications: list of items: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years' experience in a regulated environment, Area or functional specific expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, and Manufacturing/Quality operations, Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements, Strong understanding of GxP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and compliance training, Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1. We need to put these under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where each piece goes. Typically "Basic Qualifications" could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under

    Requirements

maybe. Or Qualifications. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide what goes where. We have "Basic Qualifications" and "Additional Skills/ Preferences". So Basic Qualifications likely go to Requirements (or Qualifications). Additional Skills/Preferences go to Skills. We also have "Additional Information" containing Position Location, Travel Percentage, Lilly accommodation statement, EEO, ERGs, compensation, benefits. We need to extract Benefits, Pay, Schedule. - Position Location: Site-Based (4 days a week) -> schedule? Could be schedule (4 days a week). Travel Percentage (%): 10% -> maybe schedule? Travel is not schedule but could be included under Schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It states "Position Location: Site-Based (4 days a week)" and "Travel Percentage (%): 10%". That's schedule-related (work schedule and travel). We'll create a Schedule section with that info. - Compensation: "Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $132,000 - $193,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance)." That's pay info. So we create Pay section with that. - Benefits: "In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities)." Also earlier: "Lilly reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs..." That's benefits. So Benefits section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, ERGs list, etc. Remove those. We also need to not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, so okay. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:
