We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Opening paragraph: "Become a part of our caring community The Associate Director (AD), VA CCN Learning Programs directs, monitors and supports all aspects of learning experience analysis, planning, design and development. That's responsibilities. - Required Qualifications heading: list bullet points: "Use your skills to make an impact Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service) HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field6+ years strategic learning experience in healthcare or related industries.2+ years project leadership experience, preferably in training development or strategic program management. At least 1 year of change management consulting related to human readiness.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Proficiency in developing, managing, and delivering training programs and materials.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to interpret and apply contract requirements related to training.Competence in stakeholder communication, including formal reporting and presentations.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries.Strategic influence and analysis capabilities." We need to split into bullet list. - Preferred Qualifications: bullet list. - Work at Home Requirements: bullet list? It's a paragraph with specifics: internet speed, dedicated space. - Travel: bullet? "While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required." - Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 - Pay Range: "$115,200 - $158,400 per year" plus note about bonus incentive plan. - Description Of Benefits: paragraph about benefits. - About Us: paragraph about Humana. - Equal Opportunity Employer: boilerplate to remove. We must not include EEO boilerplate. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph(s) describing role purpose. - Responsibilities: the long paragraph about duties. - Requirements: Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills from required/preferred but we already have them; but we could create a Skills section summarizing key skills (leadership, stakeholder communication, etc.) but we must not invent or summarize away detail; we could list them as bullet list from required qualifications that are skill-based. However the instruction: "Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we can put Required Qualifications as a list under Requirements heading. Preferred Qualifications could be under Qualifications heading. Skills maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to decide if we include Skills section; we could omit if no specific skills separate from qualifications. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications sections; skip Skills. - Benefits: we have Description Of Benefits paragraph. - Pay: we have Pay Range and bonus note. - Schedule: we have Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 and maybe work hours (8am-5pm ET). Also Work at Home Requirements could be under Schedule? Or maybe a separate section like Work Arrangement? But we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to fit Work at Home Requirements and Travel maybe under Schedule? Or maybe under Responsibilities? Travel could be part of Responsibilities? It's more about job conditions. Could be under Schedule? Not ideal but we can include under Schedule: "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40; Work hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time; Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required; Work-at-home requirements: internet speed min 25 Mbps down/10 Mbps up; dedicated workspace." But we must not create filler sections. We have real content for Schedule (hours, travel, work-at-home). So we can include Schedule heading with those details. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer, About Us (maybe we could include About Us? It's not in allowed headings; we could put under About the role? But we already have About the role describing role; About Us is company description; maybe we could incorporate into About the role? But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could we add an About Us section? Not in allowed headings list; we should stick to allowed headings. So we omit About Us. We also omitted the initial "Become a part of our caring community" sentence; we included it in About the role paragraph. Check that we preserved all substantive info: we included citizenship, security clearance, Puerto Rico restriction, degree, years experience, project leadership, change management, leading teams, proficiency, organizational skills, interpret contract, stakeholder communication, strategic influence. Did we miss any? Also "Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries" appears twice; we included once. Also "Strategic influence and analysis capabilities" included. We omitted "HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract." We captured as "Not authorized to work in Puerto Rico per government contract; candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired". Good
