Associate Director, Partner Marketing
About the role
This role builds and leads the global partnership marketing program, focusing on how to maximize commercial value from strategic technology partnerships and drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated marketing plans with key technology partners, covering brand awareness, demand generation, content, events, and digital activation.
- Build and manage relationships with senior marketing leaders within partners, ensuring Concentrix receives prominent visibility.
- Define and maintain standards for how Concentrix presents itself across all partner touchpoints, including events, portals, co-branded materials, and joint briefings.
- Convert partner-sourced leads into qualified pipeline and closed revenue through repeatable processes.
- Secure co-investment and set the standard for partner marketing globally, acting as the internal champion for the function.
- Maximize partner funding and investment by proactively identifying MDF and co-investment opportunities and evaluating ROI.
- Establish governance frameworks, playbooks, and quality standards for partner marketing across global, theater, and regional teams.
- Support and upskill regional teams to deliver partner activity that meets brand and commercial standards.
- Educate and align Partnership teams globally on programs, standards, and opportunities.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience leading partner or alliance marketing in B2B technology or services.
- Track record building programs that deliver both brand impact and pipeline.
- Demonstrable success securing MDF and managing co-funded initiatives at scale.
- Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
- Hands-on operator who can execute directly when needed.
- Confident influencer at senior level, both internally and within partner organizations.
- Comfortable navigating a matrixed global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-partner programs simultaneously.
- Proactive opportunity-spotter who maximizes every partnership touchpoint.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a global organization.
Qualifications
- Residing in or ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Experience working with one or more of our main partners.
- Exposure to global sales theater models and regional marketing coordination.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $137,000 - $187,700 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Schedule
Global remit, US-based in Eastern Time Zone, working closely with Partnership, Sales, Account Management, and regional Marketing teams. Regular engagement with marketing counterparts within key partner organizations. Travel required to support key partner events, joint planning sessions, and market engagement.
